Showers
Due to the fact that the ReaKlif is situated in a quite challenging environment, we have made some changes in the available showering facilities (as promised previously). However, it will be even better, since we’ve created a complete wellness area, which is accessible for participants only, located in the restricted area. After finishing your Frysman, you can enjoy a hot sauna, hottub and a cold plunge! We are currently in search of some well trained girls and guys who can take care of serving the champagne at the tub 😉
Parc Fermé
The parc fermé is marked as a restricted area and only accessible for the athletes. A team of volunteers will continuously guard the Parc Fermé from bike-checkin on Saturday morning till 23:30 in the evening. When leaving the Parc Fermé with your bike, your bib-number and bike-number need to correspond (so make sure you have your bib-number at hand when picking up your bike).
Time registration
Time registration will be taken care of by MyLaps. When registering, you can choose to hire a MyLaps chip, or use your own (please don’t forget to bring it with you on raceday ;-)). You need to wear te transponder around the ankle during raceday. After you’ve finished, our volunteers will remove the transponder from your ankle (to make sure you can stand upright yourself ;-). In case of non-returned transponder, or loss, we will you a fee.
Finish area
After passing the finish-line, all our newly become “Frys(wo)men” we be provided with fruit, cookies, soup, Chocomel and much more! There will also be enough nutrition within the wellness area. Furthermore, there will be physiotherapists available to take care of your sore muscles and provide you with a deserved massage.
The day after 🙂
July 12th will be the day after… the organizing team and volunteers will be present all day at the event area to break down and clean-up the area. Please feel free to visit us, stumbling or not, to catch up after and have a cup of coffee together. Of course, your support crew that didn’t participate are also welcome to help us for a couple of hours ;-)[/text_output]
